Title 10, United States Code, is amended as follows: Section 118a is amended by striking subsection (d). Section 1116 is amended by striking subsection (d). Section 2275 is repealed. The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 135 is amended by striking the item relating to section 2275. Section 2276 is amended by striking subsection (e). Section 10543 is repealed. The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 1013 is amended by striking the item relating to section 10543.

Section 122 of the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 ( Public Law 109–364 ; 120 Stat. 2104), as amended by section 121 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2014 ( Public Law 113–66 ; 127 Stat. 691), is amended by striking subsection (d). The National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 ( Public Law 110–181 ) is amended— in section 911(f) ( 10 U.S.C. 2271 note)— in the subsection heading, by striking ; ; biennial update in paragraph (3), by striking , and each update required by paragraph (2), ; and by striking paragraph
