Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division G, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 7701 for Department of Energy National Security Programs, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 7701, for research, development, test, and evaluation, inertial confinement fusion ignition and high yield, is hereby increased by $3,000,000 (to be used for divertor test tokamak research and development). Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division G, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 7101 for procurement, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 7101, for procurement of ammunition, Air Force, flares (Line 015) is hereby reduced by $3,000,000.
