Subsection
(b)of section 1650 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 ( 10 U.S.C. 2224 note) is amended— in paragraph (1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting and the Defense Digital Service after covered research laboratory ; in paragraph (4), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking 2019 and inserting 2020 ; and in paragraph (5), by striking 2019 and inserting 2020 .
