Section 679 of title 14, United States Code, is amended— in subsection
(a)by striking Not later than September 30, 2015, the Commandant shall establish and inserting The Commandant shall maintain ; and by striking subsection
(b)and inserting the following: The Commandant shall update information on each unit of real property included in the inventory required under subsection
(a)not later than 30 days after any change relating to the control of such property. .
