Section 2793(e) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300gg–93(e) ) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: For purposes of carrying out this section, there is hereby appropriated to the Secretary, out of any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $100,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2019 through 2021. Such amount shall remain available until expended. .
