SA ccount The term USAccount means an account established under section 4. The term Secretary means the Secretary of the Treasury or the Secretary’s delegate. SA ccount Fund Board The term USAccount Fund Board means the board established pursuant to section 7. The term Executive Director means the executive director appointed pursuant to section 7.
