Section 6906 of title 31, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: There is hereby appropriated to the Secretary of the Interior to carry out this chapter, out of any funds in the Treasury not otherwise obligated, $465,000,000 for the first full fiscal year after the date of the enactment of this section and for each of the four fiscal years thereafter. .
