Section 1212(a)(2) of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 ( 34 U.S.C. 10302(a)(2) ) is amended by striking shall be computed on the basis set forth in section 3532 of title 38, United States Code and inserting the following: shall be computed on the basis set forth in section 1219 .
