Section 901 of the Help America Vote Act of 2001 ( 52 U.S.C. 21141 ) is amended to read as follows: In this Act, the following definitions apply: The term election infrastructure has the meaning given such term in section 401 of the Election Security Act. The term State means each of the several States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, and the United States Virgin Islands. . The table of contents of such Act is amended by amending the item relating to section 901 to read as follows: Sec. 901. Definitions. .
