Section 510 of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 710 ) is amended— in subsection (a), in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking 2017 and inserting 2019 ; and in subsection (d)— by striking 2015 and and inserting 2015, ; and by inserting after 2017 the following: , and an additional $75,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2018 through 2019 . Section 513 of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 713 ) is amended— in subsection (a)(1)(A), by striking 2017 and inserting 2019 ; in subsection (a)(4)— in subparagraph (A), by striking 2017 each place it appears and inserting 2019 ; and in subparagraph (B)— in the subparagraph heading, by striking and inserting 3 -year grants ; and Competitive PREP grants in clause (i), by striking solicit applications to award 3-year grants in each of fiscal years 2012 through 2017 and inserting continue through fiscal year 2019 grants awarded for any of fiscal years 2015 through 2017 ; in subsection (c)(1), by inserting after youth with HIV/AIDS, the following: victims of human trafficking, ; and in subsection (f), by striking 2017 and inserting 2019 .
The amendments made by this subsection take effect on October 1, 2017.
