In this subtitle: The term certified requisition means a requisition made under section 1013. The term covered territory means the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. The term emergency and recovery period means the 4-year period beginning on the date of enactment of this Act. The term Fund means the Puerto Rico and United States Virgin Islands Hurricane Damage Restoration Account established under section 1012. The term Secretary means the Secretary of the Treasury.
