Section 212(p) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1182(p) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by inserting after subsections (a)(5)(A), (n)(1)(A)(i)(II), and (t)(1)(A)(i)(II) the following: of this section and section 218A(k)(2)(B)(ii) ; and in paragraph (3), by inserting after subsections (a)(5)(A), (n)(1)(A)(i)(II), and (t)(1)(A)(i)(II) the following: of this section and section 218A(k)(2)(B)(ii) .
