Part G of title III of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1068 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following: Notwithstanding any other provision of this title, an institution that receives funds under this title may use a portion of such funds to establish an on-campus resource center that provides— support for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans­gen­der, and queer students; and programming and education about such students to the entire campus community. .
