Section 1501(d)(1) of the Agricultural Act of 2014 ( 7 U.S.C. 9081(d)(1) ) is amended by striking not more than $20,000,000 and inserting not more than $40,000,000 . The amount provided by subsection

(a)for fiscal year 2018 is designated by the Congress as being for an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.
