Section 2 of the Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration Act ( 16 U.S.C. 669a ) is amended— by striking paragraph (4); by redesignating paragraphs
(5)through
(8)as paragraphs
(4)through (7), respectively; and in paragraph (5), as so redesignated by paragraph (2), by inserting Indian Tribes, academic institutions, before wildlife conservation organizations . The Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration Act ( 16 U.S.C. 669a et seq.) is amended— in section 3 ( 16 U.S.C. 669b )— in subsection (c)(3), by striking Account and inserting Subaccount ; and in subsection (d), by striking Account and inserting Subaccount ; in section 4 ( 16 U.S.C. 669c )— in subsection (c)— in the subsection heading, by striking and inserting Account ; Subaccount in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking Account and inserting Subaccount ; in the matter preceding paragraph (2)(A)(i), by striking Account and inserting Subaccount ; and in paragraph (3), by striking Account and inserting Subaccount ; and in subsection (d)(1), by striking Account and inserting Subaccount ; and in section 8 ( 16 U.S.C. 669g ), in subsection (a), by striking Account and inserting Subaccount .
