The first section of Public Law 92–189 is amended by striking this Act may be cited as the and inserting Navajo Community College Act this Act may be cited as the . Dine´ College Act Any reference to the Navajo Community College Act in any law (other than this Act), regulation, map, document, record, or other paper of the United States shall be deemed to be a reference to the Dine´ College Act. Section 5 of Public Law 92–189 is amended— in subsection (a)(1), by striking for fiscal years 2009 through 2014 and inserting from the amount made available under subsection (b)(1) for each fiscal year ; and in subsection (b)(1), by striking such sums as are necessary for fiscal years 2009 through 2014 and inserting $13,600,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2024 .
