Section 479A ( 20 U.S.C. 1087tt ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking financial assistance under section 428H or a Federal Direct Unsubsidized Stafford Loan and inserting a Federal Direct Unsubsidized Stafford Loan or a Federal ONE Loan ; in subsection (c), by striking part B or D and inserting part D or E ; and by adding at the end the following: A student’s eligibility to receive grants, loans, or work assistance under this title shall be reduced if a financial aid officer determines, in accordance with the discretionary authority provided under this section, that the model or method used to deliver instruction to the student results in a substantially reduced cost of attendance to the student. .
