The following provisions of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 ( 42 U.S.C. 15801 et seq.) are hereby repealed: Section 344 (relating to incentives for natural gas production from deep wells in the shallow waters of the Gulf of Mexico). Section 345 (relating to royalty relief for deep water production). Section 8(a)(3)(B) of the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act ( 43 U.S.C. 1337(a)(3)(B) ) is amended by striking and in the Planning Areas offshore Alaska after West longitude . Section 107 of the Naval Petroleum Reserves Production Act of 1976 is amended— in subsection (i), by striking paragraphs
(2)through (6); and by striking subsection (k).
