The Mineral Leasing Act ( 30 U.S.C. 181 et seq.) is amended— in section 7, by striking 12 and inserting 1/2 18.75 ; in section 17, by— striking 12.5 each place such term appears and inserting 18.75 ; and striking 12 each place such term appears and inserting 1/2 18.75 ; and in section 31(e), by striking 16 both places such term appears and inserting 2/3 25 .
