Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Agriculture shall implement, without amendment, the final rule entitled National Organic Program (NOP); Organic Livestock and Poultry Practices and published in the Federal Register by the Department of Agriculture on January 19, 2017 (82 Fed. Reg. 7042).
