Section 7405(h)(1)(C) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 3319f(h)(1)(C) ) is amended— by striking $20,000,000 and inserting $50,000,000 ; and by striking through 2018 and inserting and each fiscal year thereafter .
