Section 1238E of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3838e ) is amended— in subsection (a)— by striking fiscal years 2014 through 2018 and inserting fiscal years 2019 through 2023 ; by striking to address priority and inserting to comprehensively address designated priority ; and by striking comprehensive manner— and all that follows through managing existing conservation activities and inserting comprehensive manner ; and in subsection (b)(2), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking the date of enactment of the Agricultural Act of 2014 and inserting October 1, 2018 .
