Section 508(g) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1508(g) ) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: The Corporation shall not allow a producer’s actual production records from one parcel of land to be used to establish actual production history on a separate parcel of land. .
