Section 524(a) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1524(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (3)(A), by inserting after benchmarking the following: , crop enterprise, and market diversification ; and in paragraph (4)— by striking and at the end of subparagraph (D)(i); by striking the period at the end of subparagraph
(E)and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: farmers and ranchers that are considering whole-farm based revenue products. .
