The Attorney General shall take appropriate disciplinary measures to sanction any failure of a Federal prosecutor or law enforcement officer to comply in good faith with the procedures and requirements created by or under this title. The court may exclude from trial any evidence involved in a failure of a Federal prosecutor or law enforcement officer to comply in good faith with the procedures and requirements created by or under this title.
