Section 8162(a)(2) of title 38, United States Code, is amended— by striking only ; and by inserting , or if the lease will enhance the use of the property, after housing . The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall apply with respect to enhanced-use leases entered into on or after the date of the enactment of this Act.
