Section 106(b) of Public Law 103–159 ( 34 U.S.C. 40302(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking of this Act and inserting of the ; and Public Safety and Second Amendment Rights Protection Act of 2017 by striking paragraph
(2)and inserting the following: There are authorized to be appropriated for grants under this subsection $100,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2018 through 2021. .
