Nothing in this Act, with respect to the State of Florida, shall be construed to modify— the moratorium imposed by section 104 of the Gulf of Mexico Energy Security Act of 2006 ( 43 U.S.C. 1331 note); or the 2017–2022 leasing program prepared under section 18 of the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act ( 43 U.S.C. 1344 ).
