Subject to available appropriations, there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as are necessary for the Secretary to— take actions required or authorized by this Act; and undertake the surveys authorized herein of all Federal electrical, road, and irrigation rights-of-ways and easements depicted on the ROW, Easements, and Federal and Tribal Facilities Map accompanying this Act.
