Not later than 270 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration shall submit to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate a report on the Administration’s progress with respect to— determining what additional model inputs and labor distribution codes are needed to identify ODA oversight staffing needs; developing and implementing system-based evaluation criteria and risk-based tools to aid ODA team members in targeting their oversight activities; developing agreements and processes for sharing resources to ensure adequate oversight of ODA personnel performing certification and inspection work at supplier and company facilities; and ensuring full utilization of ODA authority.
In this section, the term ODA has the meaning given that term in section 44736 of title 49, United States Code, as added by this Act.
