Section 9502(d)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended— in the matter preceding subparagraph
(A)by striking October 1, 2018 and inserting October 1, 2023 ; and in subparagraph
(A)by striking the semicolon at the end and inserting or the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018; . Section 9502(e)(2) of such Code is amended by striking October 1, 2018 and inserting October 1, 2023 .
