Section 48101(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking paragraphs
(1)through
(5)and inserting the following: $2,920,000,000 for fiscal year 2018. $2,984,000,000 for fiscal year 2019. $3,049,000,000 for fiscal year 2020. $3,118,000,000 for fiscal year 2021. $3,190,000,000 for fiscal year 2022. $3,263,000,000 for fiscal year 2023. . Section 48101(d) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by inserting , carried out using amounts appropriated under subsection (a), after air traffic control modernization project .
