Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration shall submit to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate a report on the agreement between the Federal Aviation Administration and the Little Rock Port Authority to relocate the Little Rock, Very High Frequency Omnidirectional Range with Collocated Tactical Air Control and Navigation (LIT VORTAC). The report required under subsection
(a)shall include the following: The status of the efforts by the Federal Aviation Administration to relocate the LIT VORTAC. The long-term and short-term budget projections for the relocation project. A description of and timeline for each phase of the relocation project. A description of and explanation for the required location radius. A description of work completed by the Federal Aviation Administration as of the date of the report.
