Not later than 12 months after the date of the enactment of this Act and annually thereafter, the Commission shall prepare and submit to the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate a report containing information regarding breaches for which notification was provided to the Commission under section 2(a)(1)(A). Such information shall include— the number and nature of such breaches; the number of individuals affected; and actions taken in response to such breaches.
