Sec. 206. Effective date

Except as provided in section 205, this title and the amendments made by this title shall take effect on the date that is 6 months after the date of enactment of this Act. Notwithstanding any other provision of, or amendment made by, this Act, the members of the Federal Election Commission shall be removed from office on the date described in subsection (a).
