Section 10606(a) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 6523(a) ) is amended by striking (acting through the Agricultural Marketing Service) . Subsection
(d)of section 10606 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 6523 ) is amended to read as follows: Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall make available to carry out the national organic certification cost-share program $11,500,000, to remain available until expended, for each of fiscal years 2018 through 2022. .
