Section 4002(b) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300u–11(b) ) is amended by striking paragraphs
(3)through
(8)and inserting the following new paragraphs: for fiscal year 2018, $900,000,000; for fiscal year 2019, $500,000,000; for fiscal year 2020, $500,000,000; for fiscal year 2021, $500,000,000; for fiscal year 2022, $500,000,000; for fiscal year 2023, $500,000,000; for fiscal year 2024, $500,000,000; for fiscal year 2025, $750,000,000; for fiscal year 2026, $1,000,000,000; and for fiscal year 2027 and each fiscal year thereafter, $2,000,000,000. .
