Section 330B(b)(2)(C) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 254c–2(b)(2)(C) ) is amended by striking 2017 and inserting 2019 . Section 330C(c)(2) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 254c–3(c)(2) ) is amended— in subparagraph (C), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (D), by striking the period at the end and inserting and $112,500,000 for the period consisting of the second, third, and fourth quarters of fiscal year 2018; and ; and by adding at the end the following: $150,000,000 for fiscal year 2019. .
