Section 208(b)(2)(A)(vi) ( 8 U.S.C. 1158(b)(2)(A)(vi) ) is amended by striking States. and inserting States, which shall be considered demonstrated by evidence that the alien can live in such country (in any legal status) without fear of persecution. .
