Subsection

(b)of section 2123 of the Organic Foods Production Act of 1990 ( 7 U.S.C. 6522 ) is amended to read as follows: Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in order to carry out activities under the national organic program established under this title, there are authorized to be appropriated— $15,000,000 for fiscal year 2018; $16,500,000 for fiscal year 2019; $18,000,000 for fiscal year 2020; $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2021; $22,000,000 for fiscal year 2022; and $24,000,000 for fiscal year 2023. .
