Section 48114 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a)(2) by striking 2017 and inserting 2018 ; and in subsection (c)(2) by striking 2017 and inserting 2018 . The budget authority authorized in this title, including the amendments made by this title, shall be deemed to satisfy the requirements of subsections (a)(1)(B) and (a)(2) of section 48114 of title 49, United States Code, for the period beginning on October 1, 2017, and ending on March 31, 2018.
