The Tsunami Warning and Education Act enacted by Public Law 109–424 (120 Stat. 2902) is repealed. Nothing in this section may be construed to repeal, or affect in any way, the Tsunami Warning and Education Act enacted as title VIII of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Reauthorization Act of 2006 ( Public Law 109–479 ; 33 U.S.C. 3201 et seq.).
