Of the unobligated balances available to the President under the heading Development Assistance , as identified by Treasury Appropriation Fund Symbol 72 X 1021, $29,906,927.46 are rescinded. The unobligated balances available under the heading Contribution to the North American Development Bank in the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2016 (division K of Public Law 114–113 ) are rescinded. Of the unobligated balances under the heading Export and Investment Assistance, Export-Import Bank of the United States, Subsidy Appropriation for tied-aid grants in prior Acts making appropriations for the Department of State, foreign operations, and related programs, $165,000,000 are rescinded.
Public Law 110–329 Of the unobligated balances available for Department of Energy—Energy Programs—Advanced Technology Vehicles Manufacturing Loan Program Account under section 129 of the Continuing Appropriations Resolution, 2009 (division A of Public Law 110–329 ), $1,090,000,000 is hereby rescinded.
