Of the funds appropriated to the Department of Homeland Security, the following funds are hereby rescinded from the following accounts and programs in the specified amounts: , That no amounts may be rescinded from amounts that were designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to a concurrent resolution on the budget or the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 ( Provided Public Law 99–177 ): $12,928,000 from Public Law 115–31 under the heading “Transportation Security Administration—Operations and Support”; $1,785,697 from Public Law 108–334 under the heading “Coast Guard—Alteration of Bridges”; $1,920,100 from Public Law 109–90 under the heading “Coast Guard—Alteration of Bridges”; $1,791,454 from Public Law 109–295 under the heading “Coast Guard—Alteration of Bridges”; $3,221,594 from Public Law 110–161 under the heading “Coast Guard—Alteration of Bridges”; $3,680,885 from Public Law 111–83 under the heading “Coast Guard—Alteration of Bridges”; $25,000,000 from Public Law 114–113 under the heading “Coast Guard—Acquisition, Construction, and Improvements”; and $95,000,000 from Public Law 115–31 under the heading “Coast Guard—Acquisition, Construction, and Improvements”.
