Of the unobligated balances available to the President under the heading Economic Support Fund , $156,913,000, which shall be derived from amounts under such heading previously designated by Congress for Overseas Contingency Operations/Global War on Terrorism pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A)(ii) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, are hereby rescinded: Provided , That such amounts are designated by Congress for Overseas Contingency Operations/Global War on Terrorism pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A)(ii) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.
