Section 30B(k) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended— by striking after in the matter before paragraph (1), by inserting after before December each place it appears, and in paragraph (3), by inserting and before the date of the enactment of the Energy Policy Modernization Act of 2017 after December 31, 2009, . The amendments made by this section shall apply to property purchased after the date of the enactment of this Act.
