Section 602 of title 5, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (2), by striking , and at the end and inserting ; ; by redesignating paragraph
(3)as paragraph (4); and by inserting after paragraph
(2)the following: a brief description of the sector of the North American Industrial Classification System that is primarily affected by any rule which the agency expects to propose or promulgate which is likely to have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities; and ; and in subsection (c), to read as follows: Each agency shall prominently display a plain language summary of the information contained in the regulatory flexibility agenda published under subsection
(a)on its website within 3 days of its publication in the Federal Register. The Office of Advocacy of the Small Business Administration shall compile and prominently display a plain language summary of the regulatory agendas referenced in subsection
(a)for each agency on its website within 3 days of their publication in the Federal Register. .
