None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available by this or any other Act shall be used to pay the salaries and expenses of personnel to carry out the following: The program authorized by section 14(h)(1) of the Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Act ( 16 U.S.C. 1012(h)(1) ): Provided , That the funds appropriated by section 14(h)(1) of such Act are hereby permanently cancelled; The program authorized by section 9007 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 8107 ) in excess of $1,000,000;
The program authorized by section 9011 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 8111 ); The program authorized by section 9003 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 8103 ); and The program authorized by section 524(b) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act, as amended ( 7 U.S.C. 1524(b) ): Provided , That the funds made available by section 524(b) of such Act for fiscal year 2018 are hereby permanently cancelled.
