Section 8206(a)(3) of the Agricultural Act of 2014 ( 16 U.S.C. 2113a(a)(3) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A)— in clause (ii), by striking and ; by redesignating clause
(iii)as clause (iv); and by inserting after clause
(ii)the following new clause: construction, reconstruction, repair, or restoration of paved or permanent roads or parking areas; and ; and by amending subparagraph
(B)to read as follows: The term forest, rangeland, and watershed restoration services does not include construction, alteration, repair or replacement of public buildings or works. .
