Section 330 of title 23, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a)(2), by striking “5 States” and inserting “2 States”; and in subsection (e)— in paragraph (2)(A), by striking “2 years” and inserting “150 days as set forth in section 139(l)”; and in paragraph (3)(B)(i), by striking “2 years” and inserting “150 days as set forth in section 139(l)”.
